Orders are dispatched within 1 - 3 working days. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order.

LABRUM is committed to responsible best practices and operates on a lean manufacturing basis to minimise unnecessary inventory build-up and wastage of material. We use data prediction and analysis to pre-order and manufacture our products and, in certain circumstances, this may lead to a short delay in you receiving the product you have ordered. If this is the case, we will notify you in writing.  

Where possible LABRUM will choose to upcycle any excess inventory or materials for its next collection.
